What drives the cost

Material cost (core formula)

(Part volume + support volume) × material density × unit price. PET-CF, PPA-CF and PPS-CF are priced; more materials ship as they are added.

Support volume

Support volume is estimated by automatic overhang analysis, with a configurable fallback ratio (default 15%) when analysis is unavailable.

Post-processing

Sanding, bead blasting, painting, screen printing, annealing, carbon-cloth wrap and CNC finishing available on demand; support removal is included.

Lead time & rush

Standard 5–7 business days, express 48 hours, urgent 24 hours (subject to production schedule).

Quantity discount

Tiered discounts are applied automatically by quantity and are configurable in the admin.
